Birth Doula Support

Standard Birth Package $1,500

• 3 prenatal sessions tailored to your needs

• Text/call support until 6 weeks postpartum

• On call starting at 37 weeks

• Continuous physical, emotional, and informational labor support for you and your partner (if applicable)

• 2 hours of immediate postpartum support

• 1 two hour postpartum visit within the first week following birth

Basic Birth Package $1,150

• 1 prenatal session tailored to your needs

• Text/call support until 6 weeks postpartum

Virtual Birth Package $600

• 3 virtual prenatal sessions tailored to your needs

• Text/call support until 6 weeks postpartum

• On call starting at 37 weeks

• Continuous virtual labor support for you and your partner (if applicable)

• 2 hours of immediate virtual postpartum support

• 1 two hour postpartum visit (virtual) within the first week following birth

Daytime Postpartum Support $30/hour

Physical, emotional, and informational support for you and your family as you navigate and adjust to changes in your life. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Newborn care (changing diapers, baths, bottle feeding, etc.)

• Light housework

• Meal prep

• Birth debriefing and other emotional support

• Informational support and referrals as needed

4-8 hour shifts available

Overnight Postpartum Support $35/hour

Physical, emotional, and informational support for you and your family as you navigate and adjust to changes in your life. This may include, but is not limited to:

• Newborn care (changing diapers, baths, bottle feeding, etc.)

• Bringing baby to you for breastfeeding

• Light housework

• Meal prep

• Birth debriefing and other emotional support

• Informational support and referrals as needed

8-12 hour shifts available

Postpartum Doula Support

These 2-3 hour sessions are meant to educate you and prepare you for labor, and help you discover your birth wishes. We will discuss everything you need to understand what you want out of your birth. This session will give you the confidence to go into labor feeling prepared and excited for what's ahead. Birth planning sessions are tailored to your needs; besides creating a birth plan, we can go over labor coping techniques, tips for relief from pregnancy symptoms, or anything else you might want to cover.
